LOL - Strong Buy?!?!?!?! JOKE! Talk about an attempt to stem the outflow that will be witnessed today on MSFT. This was predicted for over a year now. The fisrt day of reconning has almost arrived. DING - going down! Toy

Steven, Thanks for your post. UOB (United Overseas Bank of Switzerland,) BSI (Banca della Svizzera Italian), Banc Pict‚ - Geneve, and UBS all raised MSFT to very strong buy, today. UBS cover letter of this upgrades is particularly interesting! It says "....the MSFT appealing of the sentence will take two years, at least. During this period MSFT will continue to grow and make money. That MSFT didn't really want a settelment, but prefered to appeal the case. And by the time the Court of Appeal issues a verdict, the cause of DOJ against MSFT will be over-shadowed by the technolgical changes. So, even if MSFT looses, in two years, the loss will have little effect on MSFT!" There are a few other upgrades that I will post as I will get them! RGDS Yaacov
