I think money is going out to the IRS not in. At least for most heavy investors. I myself have to sell stock soon to pay the bill. Those getting refunds file early. >>I'm betting it will. It's April now, money will be coming in, and everyone will be getting real tired of all this foolishness. Time to go up (I hope).<<
