Mr. Stress: I just had a lengthy conversation with Dortmunder. He maintains his position that NASDAQ and DOW rallies should be used to "lighten" up. That neither will likely go down in a straight-line. "Use the rallies boobeleh to cut and prune, cut and prune." "And what about the Watch lists and E/P's?" I asked.
