Ole 49r. You're right. We'll just have to agree to disagree. But, I do need to clear up a few things. I think that you consider me a trader--of which I an NOT. Therefore, these downturns do not bother me as much as others who maybe do trade. Ya, I lost 10 bucks/sh today, but my cost basis is much less than the current price. If I were a trader I may have sold last year at this time when LVLT was at +-$100/sh., but I didn't and watched it sink to $45/sh last summer. The point is that an investor or even a trader in this stock can see big swings in price and profit either way (short or long). But I play the long term because I believe in the management team. Until they disappoint I'll stick w/ them. Reguarding the MFS share price 20.00 Forever. I went back and looked at my records. I owned MFS since Dec 94' at about a 15.00 basis. When Worldcom took them over in Jan 97 I got 2.1 shares of WCOM for each MFS. The price of WCOM at the conversion date was +-18.00/sh.(split adjusted) Therefore, I basically got $38.00/sh. Not bad for a 2 yr investment, although I know many traders who would scoff. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, or in this case the eye of the holder. I'm a holder and like this company and to date have not been disappointed. Rose colored glasses? Maybe. But it is my $$ and my decision and when its all said and done I'm the one who will be rewarded for my patience(imho). Long Term this stock is a BUY. Good Luck with your investments or trades.
