"Monthly bills for my medical school loans and credit cards are running $1500/month and at the same time I'm trying to get some trading capital from anywhere to get me back daytrading for scalps so I can pay my bills."

SW,

I'm sorry to hear your woes but I have some advise I recommend you follow. Concentrate on using your medical degree to make money and forget the day trading or you'll not only wind up in bankruptcy court but may very well jeopardize your career as well. Day trading is for gamblers that can afford to lose, not desperate people.

Layne,

Just wanted to echo the thoughts of Hank who suggested that you DO have a fallback position - your chosen medical specialty at college.

While it may not be as challenging as your career as a SOES Bandit, it WILL, in time, help to get you out of the hole that you now find yourself in.

Above all, rest assured that God works in mysterious ways but always leads you out from the darkest of tunnels. I have always followed this belief even during my darkest days.

I know that we have not communicated for quite a while but for some reason, I felt compelled to look you up this evening on SI.

Sorry for your misfortune in GUMM. I have had my own misfortunes in the markets in the past but have not only survived but have come back a much stronger and determined person. I am confident that you will rebound just as I have!

With kindest regards,

Your friend Sue :)
