There are good reasons why one may not agree with your view on the merits of the MSFT case and yet hold their MSFT stock. Your message implies that one should either agree with your views or sell (and presumably stop participating on this topic).

I am long on MSFT for a number of good reasons and will hold - even if that means having this stock stuck in a narrow range for several years. IMHO, this lawsuit has cost stockholders billions of dollars in value and will continue to do so as long as it drags out. However, I am not going to try to "time the market" or guess when DOJ and MSFT might settle the case. Therefore, I will remain long and will share my views on this topic with my fellow shareholders
