Hi Suresh,

I was look at initial positions in AMCC, CLRS, SCMR and JNPR of Friday too, but thought better of it. We have all bought down drafts only to see the stocks fall further. I agree with your strategy of buying selected stock in increments as they reach levels that you consider fair value or strong support. Given the technical damage there will be lots of time to pick up lagging stocks in the lead sectors. A lot of technical damage has been done. I think it will take time to repair it.

I don't think there will be as much support from retail investors this time of yer as they need to cash some stocks out to pay taxes on last years gain.
