Listen to the CEO of Ariba on CNBC. He was basically asked point blank if his business was a fraud and was going to have to restate earnings since they never "hold" the revenue long enough to count it as revenue.. ie it should be a royalty. The guy was very skillful in dodging the question. In fact, I had forgot what the question was a few seconds after he started talking! But the fact remains, he dodged the question about whether or not ariba is going to have to restate earnings. Which of course means they WILL have to restate earnings. Could explain the drop from 300 to 90 in less than a week. Ya think people already know what's going to happen? :)
