This is obvious, but tomorrow should be even more interesting than today. I've followed the Microsoft Trial real close for a long time (must have posted several hundred messages about it on the discussions) and I will predict two things:

1) Jackson's going to hurt Microsoft a *lot* today.
2) Jackson's going to ensure as much as possible that he won't be overturned by the Appeals court.

Oh yeah, one more thing:
3) Gates is not as smart as everyone seems to think he is. If he were, he would have settled. The idea that they can out-maneuver or out-lawyer the DOJ is still as stupid as it was two years ago, but Redmond doesn't get it. Gates seems to think that he can treat the justice system like a trade show. He's been micromanaging this case from the beginning. You know what Doctors say about self-medicating patients.

Watch for a slew of resignations from Microsoft to follow the last bunch.
