Been out of town most of day. . .tough to keep up. . . American Spirit plays sure looked good lately. IBM, CPQ, etc. Worth looking up his last half dozen posts. I am shifting from some bouncers that barely sold off. . into some bouncers that REALLY sold off. . . in hopes that the bounce is sharper. I held my bouncers through the selloff. . . though not for much of a percentage of port. . . the 3-letters are still king. Which reminds me. . . .look at a 1 month chart of Nasdaq Composite against Dow Industrials. . . the point at which they reversed directions and crossed over is almost to the day of my call to sell tech stocks and go heavy into 3-letter / Dow / value plays. . . also worth someone doing a comparison chart to better illustrate. Love my bank stocks today. Also, is there anyone with that report by Judge Jackson that he was giving MSFT a week or so to prepare a reasonable settlement? Didn't that come in on Thursday or Friday? And if so, wouldn't the judge have known then that he would be passing a ruling on Monday? And if so, then what was that report? Where did it come from? This mornings announcement hit me totally by surprise. . . .especially after last weeks statement of holding off the verdict until MSFT has sufficient time to settle with the DOJ. What are the opinions here about a relief rally, regardless of the MSFT ruling? Rande Is
