No, I'm in Florida...
It's been my experience however that when someone "rats out" someone, the government is not beyond going after the rat after the first case is over.
Seems to me that SUNW hit about 106.75 the other day and now is fighting to make it back to 90. What happened?

Because Sun couldn't INNOVATE anything, they lobbied the federal government to pass this Sherman Act thing.
Alas, JC, ya can't blame this on SUNW. The Sherman Act was passed around a hundred years ago. (See, there was this fellow Rockefeller, who owned all the oil.....) Regards.
