yep, the unwinding of long agencies/short treasuries is still taking its toll. of course nothing of this has anything at all to do with fundamentals. in view of NAPM inflation at a 12 year high you'd think the bond would get whacked a bit.
otoh, it may be that the credit markets are trying to tell us something about an impending recession. funny that the stock market seems so utterly unperturbed. the swoon in the bubble tech names doesn't count...
