Bars on the Windows

I think MSFT is going to be dismantled. Period! Today's ruling will undoubtedly outline its abusive practices and foretell the eventual dismantlement. It's just a matter of time. MSFT blew its one opportunity with Posner. I don't care who sandbagged the process. That's irrelevant. Fortunately, interested opponents of MSFT did not let them off the hook. Welcome to the power of the government. It's awesome.

This is going to cause serious short-term problems for stockholders. Long-term? In the past, breakups have benefitted stockholders. Generally, such government action is healthy for the industry. Just look at the "Baby Bells." IMHO, we're going to see "Baby Bills."

What I find most humorous, though, is how the MM's have been able to use this development in the MSFT area to whack the techs. The fact is that these developments are very positive for the techs. It's high time Microshit gets nailed. I've never hated a U.S. company so much. Their abusive practices are without parallel.

Don't own MSFT. Wish I HAD,
John
