Wow what fun spending my dry powder today. I still got plenty left. I think 3900-4000 is a posibility. I am focusing on EARNINGS and growth. I bought MOT and sold Q com puts as well as buying DITC. WHEN markets go down its time to buy not to sell. If you loved ELON and CREE(neither which I own) then why would you not buy them on sale. I bought most of my Qcom in OCT 98 at 43 in a similear panic day. I am actually considering ELON, but no moves made yet.

Hi V, Margin Call Mania! Today a margin call was placed on my Fidelity account. The strange thing is that LPTHA was accounted as closing at 37 3/4 on Friday, which was wrong...it closed at 45 1/8. No margin call would have been in order had they reported LPTHA correctly on my account. Isn't it strange that LPTHA closed TODAY AT 37 3/4, EXACTLY WHAT THEY PUT ON MY ACCOUNT FRIDAY. COINCIDENCE?? Has this happened to anyone else? Lucky singing "Don't worry, be happy".
