I don't think any company would want to buy with all this accounting mess. Selling the company at these levels would mean that management has no hope for the future of this company. IMHO, the best scenario for current shareholders would be if the company makes sure that nothing of this sort happens in future and all the strength is focused on co. growth. Assuming that all the bad things are out and LGTO has no more surprises in store. .........my 2 cents.
