The human animal isn't anything as ethereal as an "existence". I flatly don't understand this statement. Imo - We ARE judged on our achievements, individually and as groups. (Although in the short term it's possible to bias how we are judged by focusing attention on our claims.) So my "fact" and your "fact" are already excluding each other. We're operating from mutually exclusive and poorly revealed premises. (That is to say, your premises are poorly revealed. Mine are of course self-evident and models of rational clarity.)
