Kevin, I was commenting to my wife today. . . that some on the HOME thread must think I am a paranoiac. . . like every major move in the markets is manipulated in one way or another. . . . it seems every day I or others are blaming this or that on manipulation. . . .as though the powers-that-be really can manipulate the markets so effectively, yet get away Scott-free. . . with not so much as a single investigation by the SEC. . . .none that I can recall anyway.

But then she reminded me. . . ."You aren't paranoid if they really are watching." <g>

What do you think? Are we merely assuming manipulation too much? Or are we discovering and uncovering one manipulation after another, as though peeling off layers of skin, only to reveal more layers?

And if it is. . . how could we ever turn it around? What needs to happen before we see MAJOR brokerage houses prosecuted in a MAJOR way. . . and not just the hand slaps that we have seen of late. . . [remember the most recent where they lowered the fine of those convicted. . .to just a few thousand bucks each?]

And imagine how much more accurate T/A would be in a market that was free of manipulation!! I'll bet you'd be able to predict to the penny and to the second.
