No this is one of those ole time gut wrenching corrections - which is being exacerbated by margin calls - that occurs periodically. Agree and I think you have a good point. LRCX, one of my favorites, is off about 28% from its peak. I read somewhere that it was placed on a list of stocks with tighter margin requirements at one brokerage (DLJ?) and I think the correction started about then on it. this shows it pretty well stockpoint.com or a (not as good) SI version siliconinvestor.com
