Yup.

I was buying pharmaceutical stocks three weeks ago.
Gone up over 33%.

Speaking of Cisco:

James Haass, district managing director in Denver for individual investor services at U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray, said the selloff in technology stocks presents a buying opportunity for quality technology companies.

"We've been sticking with the bigger technology names with a viable business model," he said. "And we think those are great companies."

Specifically, Haass cited AT&T Corp. (T), MCI WorldCom Inc. (WCOM), Sun Microsystems Inc. (SUNW), and Cisco Systems Inc. (CSCO) as companies that he would buy. On the other hand, some Internet-related companies that don't have a good business model may never see their stocks bounce back, he said....
