Jim, I currently use Waterhouse but I'am also looking. Their option commissions are too high and so is E-Trade. I'am looking at Dreyfus. They rate pretty high on customer satisfaction and their commissions are about half Waterhouse and E-Trade. Ten contracts at E-Trade cost $37.50 vs. $17.50 at Dreyfus. Dreyfus is also cheaper for stock trades, $15 vs. $19.95.
This is a good rating service...

The problem with Dreyfus is they have high collateral requirements....my post on Dreyfus thread.

This is probably the best free site on the web for option players. Check it out if you are looking for Black/Scholes pricing models or simply attractively priced options.
