I disagree with you somewhat here. In my opinion, Microsoft has abused it's power by "playing dirty" in certain areas with it's methods and tactics. No company, group or person should ever be rewarded for abusing their power(s). The judge in this case knows the facts better than any of us, and he has made the proper decision IMO, from the preliminary information I am receiving now..... Excessive power corrupts, it's just human nature, as we have seen with certain politicians, dictators and companies over the course of human history. Yogi
