Yes,,,,I think we are all frustrated.

Mytrade did take care of the short error in my account this morning before the market opened. I think the biggest problem right now is online trading is growing faster than what online brokerages can handle,,,which of course leads to many problems.

It has come to the point where traders like myself,,,,feel that our broker is no longer on our side,,,,seems like the bottom line to me. I'm sure the brokerages hears so many ridiculous problems throughout the day they start to become numb to the ones with the real problems.

I hope we can all come to an understanding of what the problems are on both ends and do our best to fix them,,,would make it a lot easier for all of us.
