"A very small man in a wheelchair at a nursing home where we used to sing , requested this song every time we sang. And every time we sang it, he cried. How he missed his wife. What a MAN!!!!Praise God!!!" That is the saddest thing to happen to an old person to lose their spouse. This old person lives down the street and lost his wife several years ago. He is fortunate that his children come by and help him but he is still very much alone without her.
