Yes, and interestingly, Gates' testimony is THE key component in MSFT's defense and appeal. He might want to spin off a separate expert witness business consulting with MSFT corporate. He might make more money being THE expert witness than he will holding MSFT stock for the next 3 to 4 years. He'll bail out of this thing fairly soon with a settlement.

By the way who knows hte exact mkt weight for MSFT on the NAs and NYSE..what genious added this to a growing Mkt..this stinks.
