This is not true...a typical correction has been defined many times...back through the annals of time. Particuarly 1929 and 1987. <G> As you said, this is a type of reallocation or should I say "rotation" but a bit more violent because of the extended prices of certain sectors.

John and Intel investors,

INTC recovered significantly (~$2) on Instinet, so did other tech big guns. (Note the big blocks, too)
