they may bounce the naz tomorrow, but more likely i see the naz gapping down and then rallying intraday off the low and pulling money out of the NYSE as it will give back all of its gains from today and then they both start melting together on wed

Human nature being what it is, buying MSFT at its low of today or tomorrow should be good for scalping a few points. But be sure to sell before Judge Jackson issues a final order directing Microsoft to break up - and who knows when that will be. My guess is that he's ready to rule - he could do it tomorrow. He's had that order honed, polished, and all prettied up for quite a while now, he's just letting it happen over time to soften the blow, not on Microsoft, but on the broader market. Rulings like these don't come often in jurisprudence, he's going down in history, so he's been ready for a long time.
