BWAC, please don't get me wrong. You, Jake, and Esway, amongst others have made great contributions to this thread. I hope i have contributed as well. It has been hard talking about quality stocks the past few months. My point re CNC is that some stocks are just to be avoided until they settle, be they quality or garbage. ONE was in a tremendous downspin, till the banks FINALLY ralled and there was a change in leadership there. We have picked the sectors quite well here. I am long DPH, ODP, SPLS, SOTR (Southtrust bank), PNC (PNC Bank), SBC, BEL etc. I looked at CNC and sense that it needs to settle at least a few MONTHS before it should be considered an investment,(at least by me). If it works for you, great. But what other opportunites are you missing while being so concentrated in a stock that is in a short term death spiral. thanks. larry
