Michael, it is my experience that the money is made in the mining/metal's game two ways. One is to time the cycle of the metal[as you did so beautifully on palladium] or, to make the money on a discovery . The rest of the time you are trying to stay one step ahead of the promoter selling his stock!I still think that a mining promoter coined the phrase "dream it pretty" and not Michael at 2 in the morning from the other side of the bar.<g> Do you think we are going to have a shortage/squeeze or are you bottom fishing[with you baited breath].

Mike, what's your take on the Conseco disaster? I've been keeping an eye on it since its ill-advised move in buying Green Tree. Is this the bottom, or the beginning of the flood on the Titanic. TIA....JSH

CNBC CNNFN, and PBS were all clogged up from 5 p.m. on with news of the Microsoft decision. It seemed to me like a way to try to ignor the nearly 350-point drop on the NAZ. I realize that MSFT is improtant news and affects lots of other things, but I really thought there would be some gratifying panic. But I guess the Dow balanced it out.

Hi Mike,
To follow up on your message: You stated that you would be buying a "few" of the beaten down bios. Would you be willing th share a list and any possible entry/exit targets?

Best,
Steve
