Okay, here are the facts from CNN if you watch it last night:

1) In the speech from Ballmer & Gates, basically, they said nothing, Ballmer in his glorious speech, all he mentioned is "innovation....", and with Gates: "Improve people's life..." I was hoping they have something positive to contribute.

2) The CNN poll shows 61% agree w/ Judge Jackson decision.

So, since there was that much beating to MSFT yesterday, and all Gates say in his defence is "improving people's life", that's very dispointing for shareholder stock value, isn't it? How weak of a defense can you get? I mean, if the owner of the company can't say anything concrete after that much beating, that's like someone punch you off to the ground and all you say is "Gee...now I have to dryclean my shirt".

AS I was telling you people, that analyst Charles Molineaux is right on the money. He said estimating at 3700, conservatively at 4000, we broke thru 3600, fortunately back up right now, but another down of 570 is scary.

I bet you MSFT won't sit at 84.xx, it will go lower.
