Actually, friend from long ago, I dishonor this exchange by giving it only verbal participation.

I did a flip note to Terry - slushing off responses with facility lacking depth or thought or construction.

This turned into a serious reaction from Edwarda on Altruism. And one from you on Altruism and Socialism.

If you were doing more than playing lightly with my statements, I am sorry. (Although, from the past, I do believe you, too, were spoofing a bit.)

If there were seriousness in all of this, I must say that I feel the great difference between myself and logical thought lies in my "lumping". I place almost all things in a system that is guided by concept and not by observation. I guess it is naked idealism.

At this time, unfortunatelly, I am weakened. Simply stated, it seems to me that Accumulation and Exclusion are for the birds. And kissing each other is for the lovely.

Let me do a small example: A NYC talk-show host insists that Rent Stabalization is a process that extorts Welfare from Landlords for Tenants who should move if they cannot pay the price.

The need for More More More (for "us") and Screw Them (for the "not us") revolts me. Organically, I truly feel we are all parts of the same body. And, cosmically, a tiny body it is. And, temporarilly, a flash-in-the-pan body it is.

Sweetness and light,

George
