James,

Thank you for your overview of the CC. I was unable to locate a webcast at the WRS site. Do you have a link to it for the re-play?

Thanks again,

Brandy

Yes, the CC had a very positive and confident tone. In addition to the points JC already mentioned, the CEO emphasized WIND's successful penetration in to the internet infrastructure---routers, switches, hubs and dsl and noted that all the companies that CSCO bought that used WIND kept their relationship and agreements with WIND following purchase by CSCO. The CEO also noted that demand for internet infrastructure and bandwidth, in general, is insatiable.

Best, Huey

2. Deal with LSI. As far as I understand WIND has a VAR deal with LSI to bundle pSOS with set-top box chips (need to check this out, have not seen any press release). This gives WIND another in-road into the STB space i.e Liberate and now LSI chips.

I believe that pSOS is also used in Broadcom's new MPEG/demod all in one chip. This chip is schedule for production in the second half.
