Don't know Rob..lot of Republican run states where behind this..including hmmm...ahh Texas...?!

I don't think Texas is a part of it. They had been against MSFT in the past but passed on the lawsuit.

Wonderful point. New York, e.g., is a Republican state that supported the JD.

It is again interesting to me that this is regarded as political and not legal. Perhaps people worship Gates' money (or their own money) more than they admit.

The judge ruled based on facts and law, and altho he is not infallible, I have read precious little criticism of fact or law.
