The conclusions of law are on line (go the NY Times web site). If you and Hoyasaxa would read the opinion we might have a more sophisticated discussion.

Kevin- reading your subsequent posts, it really appears you have many fewer questions than you do opinions on all of this. There is a clear pattern of behavior of this monop;oly, spelled out by the DoJ, found fact by a Reagan appointed Federal Judge, and now entered. There is a whole World Wide Web of resource on the law, and a public record of the precedings with regard to US (and 19 states) -v- M$, and lots of stuff pre-dating that. Why it's hard for you to find, I don't know. If you're sincere about wanting to understand what's gone on here, I'd suggest the US DoJ website would be the best place to start. -JCJ
