SteveC Re: Short term guess: who wants to guess where AMD will be at 1 p.m. EST on April 12th? Once the NASDAQ soon calms down and recovers, there is going to be tidal wave of support for AMD and I project it will be at $74 immediately prior to the release of earnings.

Steve,
I think you're about in line (let's hope). My 26 April 60's which I paid $1.375 and my 25 April 70's which I paid $.9375 will look pretty nice if AMD can get over 70 in the near term.

My guess: $77.25

Steve, I unintentionally gave a range in my last post before I read your last message. You and chic are guessing in about the same range that I am. A consensus like that doesn't always make me feel comfortable though. What is the significance of the 1pm time? If you want a guess for that time I'll guess for a bit lower at $69.00.
