Lizzie - It was about what I expected... I was surprised that TPJ didn't refer to MSFT as "spawn of Satan" but I guess that's not a legal term. Once settlement fell apart, the wording of Jackson's verdict doesn't make much difference, now we see how well the MSFT legal team played the long game. In any event this is likely to be a fine buying opportunity, and I'm glad I kept some dry powder. I tried to play the last dip short term, this time I will go mostly for LEAPs, a little more costly but way more likely to pay off.
