that post reminds me of what I heard a local stock guru say today....that the Justice Department's pursuit of MSFT reminds him of a dog chasing a fire truck....that truck is fast. It's shiny. It's big. It looks GOOD! But...what do you do with it once you catch it?????

IMO MSFT will be able to drag an appeal out until next year.
The key then is whether we get a Republican President. If we do, I believe a Republican administration will overturn and rule in MSFT's favor.
