Michael,

I read the other day that the AVERAGE holding period among all equity holders (including funds) is 8 months. the democrats must have known this when they agreed to reduce lt gains to 20%. Given the volatility of this market I don't think "holding period" has as much influence on a decision to sell as it did in the past.

Some of my favorites here are: BRKS (just snatched a contract away from ASML, reports sometime in May); BEAS, HLIT (reports 4/19, SPLITS 4/24: YOU BELIEVE THAT!)), KOPN (reports 4/26),SAWS (reports 4/19); NVLS, and LRCX.

regards

I bought BRCM,PMCS,PHCM,and NOK. Notice that BRCM has held up very well throughout the carnage (relatively speaking...). Was tempted to buy CRA down around 89 but didn't look at the close. Anyone else buying Biotech here?
