Hi jdxx, thanks, I right clicked on COOKIES, preferences, unchecked READ ONLY, noticed 936K/b. Saved. Dragged & Dropped cookie file to A:>Floppy.(saved> Right clicked again, clicked on OPEN, it opened in Notepad, Big warning sign not to EDIT. Ignored this. Highlited all the text, hit space bar and it cleared, (File/save). Back to preferences to READ ONLY, clicked File/save and exited. Shut down, rebooted, Netscape seems OK, Opened WEB browser to My Broker COOKIE required, opened as usual. I'll surf awhile and see if Cookie file grows. For now it shows 0. Don't know what I'm doing.
