sir,now we know the answer and we all can agree
on that..thank you sir..
now,why is this mytracks policy...if i trade for my mother,
in laws, and they have to pay their own taxes for what ever money i make, why is this your policy....
now,i have signed the agreements and they have signed the rights, now please explain why it is mytracks policy..

honestly, you will be answering that question in another manner very soon, because i intend to be filing another sort of action against mytrack for this policy and to the effect of its legalities....you set up your system to allow the trading of up to 8 accounts and whether you have the right to effect that in those kind of conditions..

plus, any losses that might be suffered if in the 4 minutes in holding stock in question i am not able to trade for the 3 accounts...

NOW FOR THE OTHER BIG ISSUE-
if herzog is unhappy with the 5000 share instant fill
and have started the 90 second lockout, how do you consider going from 5000 shares to 500 shares on a .50 cent and under stock as a compromise that is fair for your customers sir..
richard-this does happen and it happens everyday ....you know the issue is not the 90 second rule, because even though we do not like it,we are trying to live with it,the thing is that herzog does not make any concessions to you which in return effects us,the consumer that is paying 75 dollars for 500 shares in a .15 cent stock and paying 26 dollars in comission on this purchase...there is no in between or compromise on that it would seem...
NOW, we know that herzog can not turn off the instant execution as they claim, but how is 500 shares a compromise for your customers...

if we did not like your concept ,we would not be here, but right now, these 500 shares and lockouts are taking away any advantage you guys offered and that is serious....

I am so happy to hear you say that the 90 second lockout is does not "punish" those that have multiple accounts. This must be a type of "reward" then. Since Herzog will absolutely not give full fills on stocks that are moving up, then this is just your way of saving us a little money.

And we all know that Herzog does not control Track. They just decide policy apparently.
