True, there could be a tech relief rally now. Many excellents oversold, and I'm talking about comanies with excellent growth and earnings at low PE's. Especially UIS, but IBM looks unstoppable. Up nicely today on huge news. Ditto CPQ. CMGI at 100. Alta Vista IPO in ten days?
COMS at 49. These are excellent buys. Not to mention MSFT.

Would be surprised if new buyers didn't rush in. Much of today's drop was technical only, right all you techies? Broken bases and all that. Below 200 day moving averages. Look at LOR, ESHR or FATB for real steals. I'm sure you all have your favorites. Drugs still cheap too. As are telcos. I especially like LU and the Baby Bells.
