yes.. financials purely TA.. which i concur that economic numbers and greenspan stuff can affect financials too much. same with oils with opec.. i try to play stocks with minimal outside influences. another thing: when i do option plays, i use the OPTIONSCOPE in metastock. it has helped me a lot in selecting the right strike price. (i usually go 10-20 points in the money for jan 2001). anyways, use the DELTA computation to see how many points your option will move for EVERY move in the stock.
