Nobody is saying that MSFT doesn't want to dominate the computer industry. However, the question is whether they are doing it illegally that harms the consumers and competition.
I contend that they are doing neither. You have not disputed any of my reasoning. I will say it again:

Some features are useful for consumers(It is possible for the OS vendor to realize this later than others.) At that point, the OS vendor has to make a decision as to whether it should add the feature to the OS and how. If the feature is not added, the potential harm to the consumer is more than if it is added. The vendor could go to other innovators and buy the technology and pass on the costs to the consumer or develop the technology in house and integrate it into the OS. The second obviously is more cost effective. Had Microsoft been an illegal monopolist wishing to keep its advantage, it would NOT have made sure that we the consumers could replace Microsoft browser with Netscape browser if we wanted to. Microsoft has done no such thing. Where have they gone out of control ? Please be critical in specifics without resorting to generalities or the judge's conclusions which are far reaching and wrong...
