Hi Jim - thanks. I'm betting the anal cyst that down graded her are trying to get a steal and cover their shorts as cheap as they can..( it's a cut throat market full of vampires and they smelled blood here ) =8-O, do you know there is a China Wall between the research team and the retail guys <tongue n cheek>! One thing for thing, the said individual won't be doing a deal to sell GT for CNC! Or maybe I ve placed the cart before the horse <G> Anyway, more and more, I suspect the selling of GT is indeed an 1st step of a MLBO. This is one of the few scenarios that selling GT makes sense to me [as opposed to spinoff etc.] best, Bosco
