Gary, I have a bunch of TEFQX myself. My only B2B holdings now are that fund and ARBA at the moment. The manager is pretty sharp as Bob has said and has a variety of stuff in the fund. If I had been brilliant enough to switch some of my S&P short hedge to a NASDAQ short hedge at the right time I wouldn't mind getting murdered in my underlying portfolio. I guess I could make a similar statement about anything though and be appropriately responded to with a DUHHH!

Marc

I added to my TEFQX yesterday and also took a new position in Firsthand's communications fund (TCFQX). Both of these funds are sitting on a mountain of cash and hopefully the managers will take advantage of yesterday's bloodbath to sensibly deploy it. Call me Polyanna, but I also bought QQQ and NOK right at the closing bell.

In the last couple of minutes of the show today (not broadcast by some stations), Bob mentioned the possibility of a .5 basis point increase by the Fed at their next scheduled meeting in May. He gave no indication of what he feels the probability of this is.

My impression from the talking heads on TV and writers in the print media over the past couple of weeks is that there is a wide spectrum of belief on what the Fed will be doing over the next year. Could be many of them will be very disappointed.
