Sonny-Re:"...bad day..." Yesterday was one of those days I was glad I am not 100% in techs. My "old economy" positions saved my butt. I was in the red, but not enough to get upset about. CSCO was a 5 digit drop, but MRK, BAC, and HD offset much of it. My recent 500 MRK at 61 and change is looking good right now. Oh well, they go up...,they go down...! As long as up more than down, we're OK <gg> bill

Maybe Janet Reno and Allan Greenspan work hand to hand! ggg Will blood running on the NAZ floors, now maybe AG will not raise more than 25%! Today I read a internal document by the Barclays of London! It says that under the prevalling circumstances if the Feds insist on raising rates more than 0.25%, that may send the economy in a tailspin and bring about a recession! Le Monde in article says that the decesion by Judge Jackson gave the death blow to Al Gore chances to win the election! I wonder what is happening to you in the US? Have you lost your sennes? ggg Yaacov

Hope the recovery later in the day helped you out Sonny. I have to say that I enjoyed the market today. What a trading delight. I bot up more QQQ puts this AM. Then sold off the the last of the puts from a couple of weeks ago and today's near the bottom in the NAZ. It's days like today that make me happy I don't use margin. Volatility is at a max. The margin boys are running to sell and pony up money, option players become king for the day <ggg>.
