"Firelight illuminates True Golf acquisition Firelight Corporation FRL Shares issued 8,592,571 Mar 31 close $0.55 Mon 3 Apr 2000 News Release Mr. Roy McDonald reports Firelight has agreed, subject to regulatory approval, to acquire all of the shares of True Golf Technologies Inc. from Roy McDonald and Norman Bradburn Hope, (directors of Firelight) in return for the issuance of 650,000 common shares at a deemed price of 42 cents per share. True Golf Technologies Inc. has certain assets that are consistent with the Firelight product line and compliment the company's marketing and distribution system. those assets include video contracts with Beth Daniel and Nancy Oliver and certain rights pertaining to a series of Butch Harmon instructional videos. True Golf also has production contracts with Texas Video and Post (TVP), a production company, to film and produce these videos. the terms of the sale state that True Golf will deliver to Firelight fully paid and completed video tape productions and associated contracts. True Golf has completed the filming of two videos featuring Beth Daniel and Nancy Oliver that are now in the editing process. It is expected that the two videos will be completed and available for marketing in approximately one month. Beth Daniel is an LPG Hall of Fame (1999) golfer ranked second in career earnings ($5,688,050 (U.S.)); Nancy Oliver is the founder and president of the Executive Women's Golf Association (approximately 14,000 members) and is recognized as the leading authority on businesswomen's golf throughout America; and Butch Harmon is the coach of Tiger Woods and other well-known players." Nancy Oliver is a firebrand person who has fantastic connections in the major corporate offices of America and will be a major force in distribution of Her's and Beth Daniel's tapes.Anticipation of revenue flows in abouta month should help the stock price to continue its rise. If Butch Harmon instructional tapes combined with Accumaster aids aren't a huge seller than nothing will sell!!
