Dear Market Gem Hunters: We all know March was rough on biotech./medtech. market gems, both the high-priced and cut-rate varieties. Of the stocks that closed below $30 in March, one gem still made the cut and was down just 2.2% for the month? Three stocks rolled way downhill for a 90-110% loss?
