GST, Re: That is why settling out of court makes sense. You don't want to be in that position -- and that is the position MSFT is putting itself in. I am not familiar with your legal system, is that what it is now ? Say in a criminal case, there usually is some rules of what the maximum fine is for the activities involved. What about this anti-trust act ? If what you said is true, the court can ask Microsoft to close the door as the remedy ? Gary
