Appeal Bond...? Good question Charles. I don't think this will be a major issue as I don't believe the Federal case can set punitive damages. I may be very wrong. The tobacco companies are in deep doodoo because of fear of an astronomical appeal bond in Florida based on a class action lawsuit with many plaintiffs. MSFT, in the future, might be at risk for triple damages in individual cases brought in state court, and that could be a real issue. As for your original question, will they have to post a large appeals bond in THIS case, I don't believe so. Anyone else having insight into this question please help. Larry
