JDN; Now, why in the world would the govt. not want to go through it again? They have unlimited funds, (the taxpayers are footing the bill) they have absolutely nothing to lose, and it keeps them employed! They get to boast about how they're our knights in shining armor, and how they're looking out for the little guy, when in fact, THEY'RE the ones we should be hiding the silverware from! They could much more easily keep a bunch of small monkeys in a cage than one giant gorilla! gotta go to work now. I'll talk at y'all later! cb

JDN;

My opinion is that MSFT is counting on the fact that there will be a new administration in November, and that the new Attorney General will likely be less interested in pursuing a case with an indefinite, probably meaningless, ending.

What are your thoughts on this issue?
